Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Carivo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

Carivo provides UK vehicle information lookups, MOT and road-tax reminders, a personal garage, fuel price information, clean-air zone information, route and trip planning, and a vehicle valuation estimator. The app is intended for personal, informational use only.

Accounts

Sign-in is optional. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, you are responsible for keeping access to that provider account secure. You may sign out at any time from the Profile screen. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who misuses the app.

Carivo Pro and In-App Purchases

Carivo Pro is an optional, non-subscription, one-time in-app purchase that unlocks features such as unlimited garage vehicles. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard EULA available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple. Your entitlement is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in to that same Apple ID.

Data Accuracy

Vehicle, MOT, fuel-price, clean-air-zone and other data shown in Carivo is sourced from third-party providers including DVLA, DVSA, the CarQuery API, public UK fuel-retailer feeds and Apple Maps. While we strive to display this information accurately, Deepland Studios is not responsible for errors, omissions, delays or outdated information returned by these services. Valuation estimates are indicative only and are not a professional appraisal.

Permitted Use

You may use Carivo for lawful personal purposes only. You may not use the app to conduct bulk lookups, scrape or harvest data, resell information obtained through the app, reverse-engineer or modify the app, or engage in any activity that violates the terms of use of DVLA, DVSA, Apple Maps or any other underlying service.

Limitation of Liability

Carivo and Deepland Studios are not liable for any decisions made based on information displayed in the app. Vehicle data, valuations, MOT and tax information, fuel prices and clean-air-zone information should not be used as the sole basis for purchasing, financial or legal decisions. Always verify information with official sources before acting on it.

Service Availability

Features that depend on third-party services may be temporarily unavailable, change, or be discontinued without notice. We may also update, suspend or discontinue parts of the app at any time.

Intellectual Property

All app content, design, branding and code is the property of Deepland Studios. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or create derivative works of any part of Carivo without prior written permission. Vehicle data, mapping data and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be available within the app with a revised date. Continued use of Carivo after changes constitutes acceptance.
